Artists from Upstairs Art in Murrurundi have entered the first phase of the Norvill Art Competition where some 120 artists from around Australia have entered the competition. The judge of the competition will then choose some 60 works as finalists from digital images which will be hung in the RSL Hall in Murrurundi. The judge will view actual works before making her decision.
