Organisations within the New England North West region have come together to facilitate the development and delivery of a series of Regional Symposiums focussed on the development specific to the visual arts sector and creative industries.
The symposium follows on from those staged in Armidale, Tamworth, Moree and Inverell. The symposiums respond to issues identified by artists and arts organisations within the region and explore Industry Development opportunities.

The program will benefit artists - established and emerging—supporting industries, galleries, those directly and indirectly engaged in the industry and people supporting the arts as individuals,
collectors or as representatives of organisations. A number of individuals and organisations have come together to develop this symposium, including: Arts North West Regional Arts Board, Northern Inland Regional Development Board, New England Institute of TAFE, NSW Department of State and Regional Development and the Liverpool Plains Shire Council.
